If you're on Facebook, you can use "Groups" to post your product or service into the local groups. This will bring you free exposure, and will generate leads. You can also post your product into "Marketplace". This is more useful if you have a physical product to sell. Make sure to repost every 4 days. 

Make sure to reach out to your old customers (anything beyond 6 months) and ask them if you can help them out with anything. Offer them new services/products you have added. Give them a referral program so they have a reason to give you customers. You want to keep your old customers continuously shopping with you. 

Find a marketplace online that offers a paid platform for businesses like yours. Yes, you have to pay. It generally won't be too much, so don't complain. A very important thing to realize is "the customer is not always right". You have to know which customer is good for business, and which one is better off at your competition. Some customers will cost your profit and a bad reputation. Not all money is worth it. You want customers who you see your business reaching new heights with.
